What you get from us
We provide all clients a professionally written and prepared report after each inspection. We take great pride in the preparing of each and every report.  Our reports will include a description of the property and inspected systems, structures, and components of the dwelling, and shall identify material defects observed. The inspection report is based on the observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its readably accessible components on the date and time
of the inspection, and not the prediction of future conditions.

Inspection reports will contain professional, unbiased recommendations regarding conditions reported and or recommendations for correction, monitoring or further evaluation by the appreciate professionals.
Our reports are created using the latest home inspection software that include pictures and comments specific to your home and property.

When and how do we deliver your report?
We like to take our time onsite focusing on your actual inspection in the field and then bringing our notes and collected data and findings back to the office to create your custom and complete report.  In most cases we can have your report completed and ready for you within 24 hours or less. We can deliver the report via the internet for quicker delivery. Internet report delivery is often important for out of town clients instead of messy faxes or costly overnight shipping.  We also offer a printed and professionally prepared hard copy version which can be mailed within 24 hours of the inspection or in some cases it can be hand delivered.

Full Time Home Inspectors
All Maryland Home Inspectors are Full Time Home Inspectors.  We strongly believe that a true professional Home Inspector must not be a part timer.   A full Time professional Inspector does not perform Inspections "on the side" or around their "other" jobs schedule.  The Inspector should live, sleep, eat, and breath Home Inspections.  When we do any type of Inspection for any client our only objective is to provide a thorough, unbiased inspection and a detailed report to assist you in choose the next best step to take.

All Maryland Home Inspectors Must Have a Maryland and Virginia State License
As of the end of (2007), any unlicensed inspector will be operating illegally, subject to a fine. The seller is under no obligation to accept the opinion of an unlicensed inspector. At the current time there are less than 200 licensed inspectors in Maryland, and way less that are also certified in Radon and Mold Testing. 1 Make certain that yours is one of them!
